The SoCal Breakers practice and playing fields are located at some of the finest fields in North San Diego County, including Bradley Fields in San Marcos and Kit Carson in Escondido.
We work on fundamental softball skill development to ensure proper mechanics for optimal performance and safety. Situational drills are incorporated in every practice session with both offensive base-runner and defensive game plans. Teamwork, sportsmanship, and communication is embedded throughout all team activities, both on and off the field.
SoCal Breakers recently partnered with SoCal Batting Center in their beautiful new state-of-the-art training facility, conveniently located off California State Route 78 in San Marcos.
With multiple cages with tees, pitching machines (including the PX2 Probatter Softball Simulator), and nets for soft toss, our players work on perfecting their swing.
SoCal Batting Center was created for both the players and parents in mind. Wild Barrel Brewing Company is open adjacent to the lobby, boasting a 6000sf tasting room with food trucks Wednesday-Saturday. They also have a parent/sibling lounge with two 60" TVs, a 70" TV with XBOX, and comfortable reclining stadium chairs.
They have state of the art equipment and a stellar staff to back it up!
Besides practicing their swings in SoCal Batting Center's premier facility, our players also receive high-performance strength and conditioning training from Coach Andrea and Jasmine.
Our weekly, one hour session has our players running through a training program that involves multiple upbeat circuits designed to teach proper form, new and better forms of exercises - all while under the design and care of our expert coach. Strength, conditioning, stability, and mobility will all be worked into each circuit. Our training allows our teams to achieve new heights of fitness and endurance.
All three training regiments are part of SoCal Breakers's enhanced player development and are included in your club fees.
